Core Objective & Data Collection: The LGS’s primary objective is to collect and manage verified data on Ward Members, Smallholder Farms, and Tertiary Students from remote and rural communities for robust analysis and planning. This data forms the reliable digital database shared with Provincial and National Government bodies.
Comprehensive Management: Beyond data collection, the LGS is an integrated platform designed to:
- Personnel & Training: Manage Employee Information and deliver Employee and Farmer Training (LMS), including essential compliance and agricultural skills.
- Resource Management: Manage Grants disbursed to farmers and students, oversee Procurement processes, and track the Project Lifecycle of local initiatives.
